This page explains how refunds are handled.

Crypto Payments

Crypto payments are final once confirmed.

After full account details are delivered, refunds are not automatically available through the website.

Manual payment-plan issues are handled by @darkpelf on Telegram. The website does not process automatic payment-plan refunds.

If a payment expires, fails, or is underpaid, the order may not complete. The buyer may need to restart checkout if the account is still available.

Any refund or issue must be reviewed manually by Pelfs Vault.
